MM Staffing was born from a simple question I couldn’t shake during my years in the staffing and recruiting industry: Why should only large companies with large budgets have access to exceptional recruiting support?
I loved helping organizations find the right talent, but I noticed that the businesses benefiting most from my work were the ones that could easily afford it. Smaller companies — especially those that were minority‑owned, women‑owned, or just getting off the ground — often needed the help just as much, yet couldn’t justify the high cost of traditional recruiting services.
I knew there had to be a better, more equitable way.
MM Staffing is my commitment to leveling the playing field. By offering high‑quality recruiting services at a fraction of the typical cost, I’m able to directly invest in the growth of small businesses and help them access the same caliber of talent as their larger competitors. My goal is to build the equitable business community I’ve always envisioned — one where great companies of all sizes can thrive with the right people on their team.
